SOCC 1st event, Oct 4th, 2008, GMR @ West Carrolton Pool. 
 
Had a great day for this one, temps in the high 40's at kickoff and a hot 75 degrees at weigh in. Water was around 62 degrees. Clear and as low as it gets on the GMR in West Carrolton. Yup, tough conditions with no current.

The team of Brian Lin and Mark Blauvelt brought in a 4 fish limit and took both Big Fish and overall weight with 18.8 lb

Weather was a soaking rain all day that started at 40 degrees and by the end of the day, temps dropped to low 30's and it was snowing huge flakes. We also had sideways blowing rain with 30 MPH gusts! It was a rough day and I thank all participants who braved it.

3 of the 5 teams weighed fish with Team Lange (Doc, Larry and Josh), taking the 1st place with the only full limit of 4 fish at 8.8 lbs. Big fish was a 4.4# channel.
